ID/IQ Contract
An ID/IQ contract is a contract between a federal government agency and a contractor for the indefinite delivery of an indefinite quantity of services. Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles are a key enabler for growth and to the “ultimate goal,” designed to provide maximum value, flexibility, and a streamlined competitive mechanism for Federal Government customers
- Single Agency (Agency-specific) IDIQs
- Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs): A Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) allows Federal agencies to purchase information technology products and services from another Federal agency’s contract. They are indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts that support flexible procurement and efficiency.
- Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs) Indefinite Quantity Contracts allow easy access to the services of technically and financially pre-qualified U.S. firms.
